FAQ

OEM usually refers to products manufactured based on an existing formulation or specification, with your brand applied to the finished product. ODM involves product development support, where the manufacturer helps create or customise the formulation, packaging, and final product concept.

Lead time depends on project scope. Projects using existing formulations (Private Label) are generally faster and typically range from confirmed order to production, subject to stock availability. Custom formulation projects require longer timelines as they involve R&D, ingredient sourcing, stability testing, and regulatory review. Additional lead time may also be required for projects involving new or imported raw materials, as well as bespoke or custom packaging requirements.
